I am a psychotherapist helping creatives, (artists, musicians, entrepreneurs.) neurodivergent folks, and high achievers find happiness and success in the midst of trauma and burnout.

As one who identifies with all of these, I know what it's like to have the complex layers of experiencing myself, others, and the world in different ways. For example, countless creatives find building a life from the depths of their imagination to be equally thrilling and utterly draining.

Along with this, anxiety and depression are common factors amongst creatives. According to a study by the National Institute of Mental Health, 72% of entrepreneurs are directly or indirectly affected by mental health issues, compared to just 48% of non-entrepreneurs. This is because of the constant need to perform, "be on", and face the high-levels of uncertainty.

If you are a creative person, you have worked incredibly hard to get where you are, and you don't need to suffer in silence with mental health challenges. You deserve healing.
